The Pink Panther Museum is located in Santa Rosa, California (about an hour north of San Francisco). It's in my house so if you want to visit, E-Mail me first to make sure I am going to be home. There are more than 6,000 items in the Museum. I collect anything connected with the Pink Panther character.
The Museum contains items from the U.S., England, Spain, Holland, Germany, Denmark, Japan, Australia, Italy and many other countries. There are toys, food items, clothing, advertising materials, office supplies, holiday decorations, china...you name it, it seems like the Pink Panther is on it!
The Pink Panther has long been spokespanther for Owens-Corning Insulation, so a special section is devoted to that company.
Pink Panther food items include yogurt, cookies, bubble gum, ice cream bars, cakes, donuts, candy and fruit juices. He is also featured on a line of children's products from Spain: cologne, toothpaste and bubble bath.
Over 100 pieces of Pink Panther Royal Orleans china are displayed, including music boxes, plates, mugs, mirrors, vases, picture frames and Christmas ornaments. |
